The Librarium is for sharing all your thoughts, ideas and generally anything about Warhammer 40,00. But there are some rules for you to consider before posting on the foums. Rules No Swearing No Flaming No Chat or Leet speak No Racist or offensive comments No Spamming No Advertising No Obscene material or inappropriate images No Intellectual Property breaches No off topic posts Intellectual Property or IP is a term given to immaterial thing like the Wahammer 40,000 universe. You cannot hold it but Games Workshop owns the rights to it including its name, its design and even the rules and statistics for the rules to operate. This means that you are unable to write material on the forums if it contains point costs or stats about certain things, you can however mention the figures in question with a link towards the model on the GW site if appropriate, but creating your own Codex using Games Workshops statistics and rules is not allowed. for more information on Game Workshop IP please follow This link Warnings If you have violated the rules in any way then you will be given a warning along with a PM about your violation and the course of action taken 1st Warning - You will be told that you have violated the rules of the forum and a PM will be sent to explaining what you have done 2nd Warning - You will be unable to make topics or posts without a moderators approval for 7 days 3rd Warning - You will be suspended from the forum for 7 days but still allowed to view it 4th Warning - You will be suspended from the forum for 14 days and not allowed to view it, additionaly no topics or posts will be allowed without a moderators approval for 7 days after suspension is over 5th Warning - You will be Banned along with your e-mail and IP address. If you received a warning and have not committed a violation again for 30 days then you will be taken down a warning level. If of course this is a regular occurance then a strait ban will be issued. If you feel you have been unfairly treated and a warning issued against you was unfair, you can always PM an Administrator who will look into the situation. The Admins decision is final. Warnings
